
The San Diego Chapter of ASA, in association with The Friends of the Villa Montezuma, Inc., is offering this second of four lectures as part of the Connoisseur Series on Victoriana.
Georgie Stillman, ASA will present the various revival styles and Orientalism as they appeared in furniture and decorative arts. She will also discuss:

Georgie Stillman,ASA , has been an ASA since 1977 and has been actively involved in ASA’s San Diego Chapter for many years, serving several terms in each of the chapter offices. She has written coursework and taught classes at Indiana University and national conferences. From as early as 1977 she has been giving presentations to trial lawyers and other targeted appraisal client industries.

Antiques and Decorative Arts Appraiser Georgie Stillman, ASA, will explore the interior furnishings of fashionable Victorian homes in the age of Revivals and Eclecticism.
Early California Paintings - April 8
Pamela Bensoussan, ASA, President of the San Diego ASA Chapter, will showcase several early San Diego painters whose works are held by many local public institutions – including the Museum of San Diego History.
Victorian Jewelry - May 13
Gemologist and appraiser JoEllen Cole, GG, FGA, will discuss the beauty and workmanship of outstanding Victorian jewelry.
