Russell Davis, Owner of Davis Law Associates - is a licensed attorney in California and Connecticut whose practice covers all facets of corporate law, with particular emphasis on assisting emerging business enterprises.
Mr. Davis received his Masters Degree in education from Southern Connecticut State University and completed a Doctoral program in psychology at Northeastern University in Boston. Later he received a Law Degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, with a concentration in business planning. He is a member of the California and San Diego County Bar Associations, and is active with boards and CEO roundtables in the San Diego area.

The cost is $25 with advance reservations - 72 hours prior to the meeting. Late reservations and walk-ins are $30. Cancellations after 72 hours prior to the meeting and no-shows will be billed.

New Officers!
Thank you all for voting for our new chapter officers. I am happy to announce that we have a dedicated group of members that will provide the chapter leadership and useful programs for the coming 2010-2011 year. Join me in congratulating our new officers on their appointments. The new slate of leaders is:

Our new board is focused on building our membership and providing meaningful education for our members. Our new officers will begin their new positions after the June Meeting this month.
In addition to congratulating our new officers, I would like to thank our past officers for their dedication and commitment to the chapter. Without them, this chapter would cease to function. A special thank you to Jan Giamanco as well. She does so much for our chapter and is cannot be thanked enough.

On a personal note, it has been a pleasure serving as your chapter president this year. I have had big shoes to fill with the wonderful work that Georgie Stillman, Pamela Bensoussan and all the other past officers have done in leading the chapter over the years. It has been my pleasure to do participate in making the chapter better and I would like to thank all of you for your support during this year. I wish Rick the best of luck as the new president and I am honored to continue serving the chapter where I hope to provide good content to the chapter in the form of meeting speakers and articles.
